Right of withdrawal: 14 days
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to provide a reason.
How to return a product?
- Write to us at havazostor@gmail.com, on WhatsApp, or via the contact page, stating your order number.
- We will provide you with the return address.
- Return the complete product in its original packaging within 14 days of informing us of your decision.
Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the product is defective or does not match your order.
Refund
We will refund the full amount paid, including the initial shipping costs, within 14 days of your request. We may defer the refund until we receive the returned product. The refund will be issued to the payment method used for the order.
Damaged or defective product
Send us a photo within 48 hours of receipt. We offer you a replacement or a refund, free of charge. Your products are also covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
