- Delivery: 7 to 12 business days on average
- Tracking: a tracking number is sent to you by email upon shipment
During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas), delivery times may be slightly extended: we recommend ordering your gifts early.
Returns
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.
- Write to us via the Contact page with your order number.
- We will provide you with the address and instructions.
- The product must be returned complete, in its original packaging.
- The refund is issued within 14 days of receipt of the return, to the payment method used.

Contact us with a photo within 48 hours of receipt: we will offer you a replacement or a refund.
